If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@usevitalle.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Eligible products may qualify for:

- Store credit
- Refund approval
The warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by improper handling
- Cosmetic damage occurring after use
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care and beauty items may not be eligible for warranty claims once opened or used.
